Of course, when a loved one passes away, there are so many decisions that need to be made. This includes deciding on a funeral service that respects the wishes of your loved one.
We pride ourselves on delivering a personal service and if you opt for a traditional cremation, we will handle the process in the most respectful way, ensuring that your wishes are met at every step.
Our Traditional Cremation Service at A Glance
This includes all our fees, including our staff on the day who will be in full uniform, A Hearse and Limousine, Oak Veneered Coffin and Order of Service Booklets

- Funeral Procession from your Family Home to the Crematorium of your choice
- A traditional hearse and attendants at the funeral service
- A limousine to seat 7 mourners, which will return you to a venue afterwards
- 4 Uniformed Pall Bearers
- 50 Order of Service Booklets
- Certificate of Cremation
- Ashes provided for you to collect in a beautiful scatter tube
Our Traditional Cremation Service
In the UK, an increasing number of people are choosing to cremate their loved ones rather than choosing a traditional burial. We offer traditional cremation services in Blackpool, Fleetwood, Cleveleys & Preston.
There are a number of reasons you might choose a cremation service rather than a burial service, including:
- Cremations services are generally cheaper than a burial service
- With families and friends often dispersed in many different places, having a burial site for them to visit is often impractical
- Many people request a cremation service after their death because they don’t want their family to feel obligated to visit their gravestone
- Cremation allows family members to spread ashes where they wish, perhaps somewhere that was significant to the deceased such as a beach or favourite park. Burial is very restrictive in this sense.
- Cremation allows the ashes to be split, so family members can keep a part of their loved one, and choose to celebrate and remember them in their own way.
- If you move home, you can take an urn with you. This is impossible to do if you choose the traditional burial option.
- A Cremation service is arguably more eco-friendly
Our Traditional Cremation Service is offered for £1795
plus the cremation fee depending on the crematorium and time chosen which is between £539-£872

We will work together to establish the most suitable suitable time and date of the funeral, ensuring that it works around any commitments that you have.
Our goal is to ensure that your loved one’s service runs smoothly and in line with your wishes. This includes overseeing the provision of music and readings for the service.

We will work together to establish the most suitable suitable time and date of the funeral, ensuring that it works around any commitments that you have.

It’s a common misconception that you cannot have a church service with a cremation. However, services can take place at churches or other places of worship with a cremation following afterwards.
If you wish to have a church service prior to committal at the crematorium, we will arrange this and do not charge any extra. Please note, that the church may charge you, however. We will, of course, advise you of any cost, but this is usually between £182.00 – £380.00 depending on the venue.
